“Modern Humans Left Africa Much Earlier”?
A new article on BBC News entitled “Modern humans left Africa much earlier” was published on January 25, 2018. The story can be read here.
Anthropological evolution is being revised again! Due to recent discoveries, “We have to rewrite the whole story of human evolution,” the article quotes researchers as admitting. If they only used the Bible as their guide, they wouldn’t have to keep constantly revising their story. They would know that the human race did not originate and spread abroad from Africa, but from the Tower of Babel area, which is located in what is northern Iraq today. “In that way (confusing their languages, Genesis 11:1-7), the LORD scattered them all over the world, and they stopped building the city. That is why the city was called Babel, because that is where the LORD confused the people with different languages. In this way he scattered them all over the world.” (Genesis 11:8,9 NLT)
In Genesis chapter 10 there is a listing of 70 groups of people, who apparently were separated from each other at that point, by God creating different languages. This forced the people to be “scattered all over the world,” in accordance with God’s will (Genesis 11:4 NLT). “Fill the earth . . . Spread out over the earth” (Genesis 9:1,7 HCSB). “These are the clans that descended from Noah’s sons, arranged by nation according to their lines of descent. All the nations of the earth descended from these clans after the great flood.” (Genesis 10:32 NLT)
The more discoveries are made, the more the Biblical account is backed up by scientific findings. Opposing theories have to be discarded. The Bible always wins against its critics when the facts are brought to light!

RT1: If they only used the Bible as their guide, they wouldn’t have to keep constantly revising their story.
GW1: Yes, that is true, but that would be a bad outcome since it would entail using a false, probably false, or unproven story.
RT1: They would know that the human race did not originate and spread abroad from Africa, but from the Tower of Babel area, which is located in northern Iraq.
GW1: Please present scientific evidence for your claim. I’m very skeptical of it.

GW1: I’m sorry to say that the Bible claims that God exists, but there are no good proofs he does and there are good proofs he doesn’t.

GW1: There are far more than 70 groups of people and 70 languages in the world. This is well known. Please present scientific evidence for your claim of “Noah’s Flood.” I’m very skeptical of it.

GW1: The Biblical story of creation has been refuted by science. The story of Jewish migrations in the Middle East has now been refuted too. Because the Bible is based on hearsay, whenever it contradicts the findings of science, we should disregard it. Occasionally, it may be correct.
